Big Ideas Copy

Every session will provide a list of the Big Ideas that you can take away from the audio or video content. This is not an exhaustive list of ideas, so remember to take your own notes!

The second phase of business is Focus.

Once you get as busy as you want to be, you need to start focusing your energy, effort, and your business as a whole.

Most painters don’t get out of the Massive Action stage.

A benefit of focusing is you don’t have to have tools, equipment, and supplies that you only use every once in a while. This prevents you from cluttering your workspaces and vehicles, and from paying for large amounts of storage that you don’t use.

It helps to use the same primer, the same size tape, the same size brown paper, and mostly the same products from the same vendor from job to job. Keep everything from your office, to your vehicles, to your storage clean, simple, and easy to use and navigate. It saves money and time.

We are often fearful of saying ‘no’ to our customers, because they have money in hand.

When we say yes to things we don’t do every time, there is a learning curve that costs time and money, and may end up cluttering our process. When you do the same things day-in and day-out, you get very efficient at it, and that makes you more money.
