Create an equipment tracking system so you can identify which tools are being checked out and by whom, and which tools are in storage
Create an equipment maintenance schedule and sync with maintenance calendars
Create a list of equipment that requires duplication in case of failure
Vehicles
Determine how many vehicles are needed in your company to provide for redundancy
Update maintenance of key vehicles
Require safety training for all employees who drive for your company
