How are you at budgeting? Have you ever laid your budget side-by-side with another business’ budget to see how your processes compare? If you get a chance to do so, ask yourself the following questions:
- How does your current business budget compare to someone else’s?
- While listening to this Session, did you hear any differences that you want to incorporate into your regular budget?
- What questions might you have for your peers about how they structure their budget?
- Have you created a monthly budget that anticipates cash flow challenges during slow months?
